La Razón Names Logtrust Winner of First Technology and Innovation Award
Meaningful technology awards are few and far between. As a company, we haven’t focused on winning awards. We’ve focused instead on developing a technology platform – we reasoned that enabling our customers to use Big Data effectively was the best use of our resources and energy. Our customer case studies are a testament to this vision. Our growing roster of employees is testament to our culture. And our recent Series B funding is testament to the value we deliver to customers.
While winning awards has never been a priority, it’s nice when it happens. That’s why we’re proud to share the news that newspaper La Razón has recognized Logtrust as a technology leader in its first Technology and Innovation Awards, created to recognize professionals and companies whose products accelerate the development and evolution of society while improving quality of life for individuals and families. Logtrust was recognized by the paper’s editor, Francisco Marhuenda, at the awards ceremony held November 29 at the NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding.
We’re in good company – among the 28 award winners were global brands Bosch, Hyundai, Toshiba, Schneider Electric and Intelygenz.
We’ve come a long way as a team since our founding in 2011, during the worst of the financial crisis. It was a risky time to start a business, but we were compelled to make this journey to fundamentally change the way companies can use their operational data to create competitive advantage.
When I think of Logtrust and our journey since 2011, I think of our goal to provide real-time analytics tools to companies of with a secure, cloud-based, cost-effective solution that allows companies to gain real-time operational and business intelligence.
The five people who signed up for the Logtrust adventure have survived and thrived. We have taken the first of many steps in our journey to make the benefits of big data a reality for companies. Those five employees have now grown to number 95, across two continents.
We know our journey is just getting started. With a lot of hard work and a bit of luck, we will continue to win, with customers, and through industry recognition.
